Personalized products
Product features and customizable fields are shown on the product page and in the configurator. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of names, language, images and any other information supplied.
Prices and checkout
The applicable price is the one displayed in the store and in the order summary. Any discounts, taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout according to the applicable conditions before confirmation.
Uploaded content
The customer confirms that they have the necessary rights to the materials supplied and authorizes their use to the extent required to configure, review, produce, support and deliver the order. We may refuse content that is clearly unlawful, infringes third-party rights or is technically unsuitable.
Preview and production
The configurator lets you check the information entered. When a request requires manual review, we may ask for clarification or send a preview; in that case production may remain paused until confirmation is received. Approval of a preview confirms the visible elements submitted for review.
Changes after ordering
Contact us promptly. A change can only be made if it is compatible with the current stage of production.
Right of withdrawal
For made-to-measure or clearly personalized goods, the right of withdrawal for a change of mind may be excluded where provided by applicable law. For any non-personalized goods, ordinary distance-selling withdrawal rules remain in force where applicable.
Legal guarantee
The consumer's mandatory rights relating to the legal guarantee of conformity always remain in force. Personalization does not exclude protection in the event of defects, damage or non-conformity attributable to the seller.
