Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between ICON, LEGENDS and ONE?
ICON is the essential black-and-gold Level 50. LEGENDS starts from collectible visuals inspired by Gifts. ONE starts from your image and lets you choose the elements available in the configurator.
What can I personalize?
ICON and LEGENDS include Creator name, Donor name and language according to the chosen model. In ONE, an image is required to create the design, while the nameplates and Level 50 heart can be managed through the options available in the configurator.
Which files can I upload to ONE?
The configurator accepts PNG or JPG files up to 10 MB. Use sharp images with enough space around the subject. Formats not listed in the configurator may not be accepted.
Is the preview identical to the physical product?
The preview is intended to check composition and data. Colours and appearance may vary slightly between a display and the physical material. If a request requires manual review, we may contact you or submit a preview before production.
Can I change an order?
Contact us immediately at ordini.merosa@gmail.com. If production has not reached a stage that prevents changes, we will assess the request; once production has started, we cannot guarantee changes.
Can I return a personalized plaque if I change my mind?
For made-to-measure or clearly personalized goods, the right of withdrawal for a change of mind may be excluded where provided by law. This does not limit your legal guarantee in the event of defects, damage or non-conformity.
What if the product arrives damaged or does not match the order?
Email ordini.merosa@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the product and, where useful, the packaging. We will assess the case under the applicable legal guarantee.
How much does shipping cost and where do you deliver?
Available destinations, options and costs are shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
Will new LEGENDS be added?
Yes. The collection is designed to grow with new subjects and new interpretations.
