Shipping

Level 50 plaques are personalized products, so preparation and production are required before shipping. Available destinations, delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Order preparation

When a customization requires clarification or approval of a preview, production may remain paused until the required response is received. Where possible, any timing information distinguishes production time from transport time.

Tracking

When available, after the parcel is handed to the carrier you will receive tracking details through the contact information associated with the order.

Delivery address

Always check that the address is complete and correct. If you notice an error, contact us immediately: we cannot guarantee changes once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Returns, withdrawal and problems

For made-to-measure or clearly personalized goods, the right of withdrawal for a simple change of mind may be excluded where provided by law. For any non-personalized goods, ordinary distance-selling withdrawal rules remain applicable where the relevant conditions are met.

The exclusion of withdrawal for personalized products does not limit the legal guarantee. If you receive a damaged, defective or non-conforming product, email ordini.merosa@gmail.com with your order number and useful photographs.
